While a company's customers can be set up in different currencies all the postings / allocations have to be done in the base currencies of the company that are set up when setting up the company.
If you have a customer that uses multiple currencies, you will need to set up a customer record for each currency.
Also, it is not possible to match cross currencies, even with the base currencies.
