The number of decimal places on the Currency Conversion is determined by what is set on Uses Mask on the Currencies. To check what is set:
Click System Admin then click Setup - If you use Global Currency you need to be in the Main Company.
Click Currencies then find the Currency.
On the Uses Mask click on the Ellipsis
You are then able to view the Currency Mask in use and the number of Decimal Places applied.
If you need to amend what is set:
Click System Admin then click Setup - If you use Global Currency you need to be in the Main Company.
Click Currencies then find the Currency.
Right click and select Modify.
On the Uses Mask click on the Ellipsis
Highlight and the select the Currency Mask required
Click Apply to save
If you need to create a new Currency Mask:
Click System Admin then click Setup - If you use Global Currency you need to be in the Main Company.
Click Currency Mask then right click and select Create.
Complete all of the required fields then click Apply to save.
Once you have created the new Currency Mask you will be able to use this on your Currency as required.
