This issue is an obscure one but if your postings batch contains fewer lines than the interface batch it was created from please contact us, reference the title of this article whilst also providing the interface batch reference and the posting batch reference.
Once the case has been raised with these details you will need to delete the incorrect postings batch that contains too few lines and the Support team will roll back the status of the Interface batch to allow you to post again.
Hopefully on its second try posting, your batch will land in the Postings area with all transactions and lines.
