Re-open a Posted Batch

If the batch is appearing as Posted but is not yet fully posted, log into the application as Supervisor and amend the status following the steps below. Once the status has been changed to Open, Post the batch;

  1. Login to the application as Supervisor.

  2. Select the correct Company.

  3. From the Toolbar go to System Admin.

  4. Click External Interfaces.

  5. Followed by Interface Control Panel.

  6. Click to select the correct Source ID in the top half of the screen.

  7. Click the Binoculars icon and locate the Batch number.

  8. Double click on the batch to see details.

  9. Click on the Batch tab.

  10. RMB Modify Record.

  11. Change the Status to Open.

  12. Click Apply. Refresh the screen.

  13. Locate the batch again.

  14. RMB Post.
