Weighbridge Despatched Sales Order cannot be invoiced

If you are unable to progress a weighbridge ticket despatched sales order there is likely an issue with the position of either the weighbridge ticket or the sales order which is causing issues when trying to action the progression.

This can be caused by a system fault or by users manually overriding the status of either the weighbridge or the sales order when it wasn't necessary. For the most part, manual adjustment to Weighbridge statuses should be avoided as it can result in further problems.
