If the LIMS Sample has been accepted but the Weighbridge ticket cannot be progressed because of the message:
'Load Still Under Laboratory Control'
Then likely the MillOnSiteVhcles table has not been populated with the relevant information or has not been populated at all.
To force an update to this table follow the below:
From the Toolbar select Weighbridge
Then select the Weighbridge Register
Navigate to, or search for, the Weighbridge ticket you cannot progress
Right Click the ticket in the top half of the screen
Select the option Progress/Add Weighing
Close the screen that pops up, this will populate the MillOnSiteVhcles table with the correct values
From here you should be able to process the Weighbridge ticket as required. If the issue persists you will need to contact support.
