If you have the Note on your weighbridge ticket that states 'Delivery Failure', this means that the status of the sales order item isn't what it should be based on the status and stock position on the weighbridge ticket.

For example:
If the item was already Cancelled and the Weighbridge status is Processed/Completed, you would have a Delivery Failure note against the ticket as a cancelled item isn't correct.

If the order was actually despatched and the stock has not been adjusted, it would be worthwhile to raise a new Sales Order. However, if stocks have already been adjusted, such as in a stock count, it would be best to raise a manual invoice for the delivery.
