If you have this issue with a transaction that appears as authorised but there is no Authoriser against the transaction and when progressing the transaction you might run into a prompt stating the transaction Requires Authorisation.

This is because a flag against the transaction has been incorrectly set during Authorisation or Progression of the transaction.

Unfortunately, there is no way currently in the software to resolve this issue.
