This issue is caused by a Sales ledger postings batch which contains multiple transactions of different transaction types but only successfully posted the transactions of one transaction type. However the batch is incorrectly flagged as fully posted.
You cannot delete a transaction if it has posted, so if the Sales Ledger Batch has fully posted, you will not be able to delete any associated transaction.
However, it should not be possible to have a batch as fully posted, when not all transactions within the batch are posted. Because of this Support may need to run some scripts on the database.
