If clicking **Print** for a customer statement only shows a brief flash of a box outline, the issue is likely caused by an incorrect currency setting. To check and resolve this:
Check the Currency the account is set to and make a note of it.
Once you are on the Customer Statement screen check that Statement Currency is the same as the account currency.
If it is not, manually change it to match the account currency.
Click **Print** — the statement should now print as expected.
