Error - 'You do not have access to this program' when trying to enter customers

When a new user is created and an existing profile has been copied over, the new user should have the same access as the existing user. If the new user gets this error it will mean there is something incorrect with the User set up. To check the set up:

  1. Logged in as a Supervisor.

  2. In the bottom pane, click RMB.

  3. Click Users.

  4. Change users name so there are no capitals.

  5. Click Apply. This will resolve the issue and the user will be able to access the system correctly.
