The supervisor account is unique in its user creation and setup ability, it has access to specific functions which are only available to it. However, most of the common uses for the supervisor user, such as new user creation, can actually be done with a regular user account with the User Role named Super. This group allows user's within it to create new users and change user passwords.
To set this role up:
Log into Safe Financials with a Supervisor account.
On the bottom bar, right-click and select Users.
Select the required user you want to give the Super role to
Click Roles
Press the CTRL+M keys.
To insert a row, press the F4 key.
Type in the Role name of Super
Click Exit. With the Super role that user will now be able to create user's and reset their passwords.
