Make sure you are logged in as a Supervisor:
Right click the toolbar and select Utilities (Rather than Topaz Utilities)
Select Close inactive sales/purchase accounts.
Select either Sales or Purchase depending on what type of account you want to close, and add a date it needs to be inactive after for it to be marked as retired.
Click Apply.
