Back order quantity does not match the Backorders on the part number.

You can resolve this, reset the Stock totals:

  1. From the Toolbar menu (the front page), right-click and select Topaz Utilities

  2. Click Utilities, Stock

  3. In the Stock menu, click Check Stock Totals.

  4. In the Part From field, enter the Company Code, Product Code and Location as necessary.

  5. In the Part To field, enter the Company Code, Product Code and Location as necessary.

  6. Click Go.
