Cannot authorise payment run

There is an issue that can occur with Payment runs that means you are unable to use the Right Click, Authorise option despite there being no Authoriser on the run and, when attempting to Progress the payment run, you are presented with an Error suggesting the Payment run must be authorised first.

To resolve this issue Support will need to run some scripts on the database and if required, make a data change to have the Run authorised on your behalf.. Therefore please contact us, reference the title of this article and please include details, if known, of the Payment Run Number.
