If transaction successfully validated from the KOFAX System and are exported by the service to the KofaxStaging tables but they are not appearing in the Safe Financials Interface, then they are stuck in the Staging tables. They must have a data change applied to them in order to successfully import to the Interface.

To resolve this issue Support will need to run some scripts on the database. Therefore please contact us, reference the title of this article and please include an example if known of a transaction that is not importing as expected.
