If you are unable to see a SQL View then you will need to add access to it. To do this, login as the account which cannot see the SQL Views then go to the SQL View screen.

Depending on your setup the SQL View option can be within any screen. But once there follow the below steps to add the individual views:
Once in the SQL View screen, right click and select View Maintenance
Now right click in this screen and Create Record
Enter the View Name as it appears for working users and mirror the Description
If details match working views, your view will also work
The Supervisor account can add Views for other users, they are provided the same options when adding Views but also have a User ID option. They can enter the User ID to specify a user so that they can also see the SQL View.
