In order to reset password for Citrix users must first have enrolled. To do this:-
Go to the Hosted Logon Self-service page .
Login with your hosted account name.
Follow the on screen instructions, users will need to select an email address.
Users will get an email with the code, which must be entered in the above link.
Users now have access to change their password.
Once users have enrolled they do not need to enrol again and can go straight to password reset:-
Go to the Hosted Logon Self-service page .
Login with your hosted account name.
Follow the on screen instructions, users will need to enter their email address.
Enter the captcha code.
An email will be sent with a link in order to reset password.
