To reset your Citrix password, you must first enrol on the self-service platform. You only need to do this once.
Go to the Hosted Logon Self-service page.
Log in with your hosted account name.
Follow the on-screen instructions and select an email address.
Enter the code from the email you receive.
You are now enrolled and can change your password.
Once enrolled, you can reset your password directly:
Go to the Hosted Logon Self-service page.
Log in with your hosted account name.
Follow the on-screen instructions and enter your email address.
Enter the captcha code.
A reset link will be sent to your email address.
If you cannot reset your password using the self-service page, contact support. Include your User ID (typically formatted as SAS0X.XXX00), your email address, and a direct contact number.
