If your password has been reset by Support then you will need to change it for security. To change your password:
Click this link to go to the Citrix Gateway.
Login with your Username and the Password provided by Support.
In the top right, click your username.
Use the drop-down and select Change Password. A warning message will appear to tell you that you'll be logged off once the password is reset.
Click Continue.
In the Old Password field, enter the Password provided by Support.
Type in your New Password & Confirm it. Use the following criteria:
Minimum of 8 Characters.
Must include a Capital letter.
Must include a Number.
Click OK. This will change your Password and log you off. When you log back in use the New Password you set.
