This is due to the Location set on the import file being set up as a Remote Location.

To check whether a Location is set up as Remote:
Log into Safe Financials to the Toolbar.
Click Stock Control.
Click Setup.
Select Locations.
Locate (Ctrl + L or the binoculars opens the Locate function) the required Record.
Click the Details tab.
in the Remote Location Of section, check the Main Location field.
If the Remote Location Of / Main Location box is populated then it means that this Location is set up as a Remote of the Main site e.g Manchester Remote 1 might have a Main Location of Manchester. As this is set up as Remote it cannot take Wheat Bookings as it does not exist as a physical Location.
Therefore either a Main site needs to be used or alternatively if it is not a Remote Location then it needs to be set to a Main by removing data in the Main Location field.
