Self billing invoices pull their logo from a path defined in the Magic or Financials.ini file (depending on whether you are using a Magic or .NET Version of the software)
In the Ini file, under MAGICAL_LOGICAL_NAMES there is a line for TopazImage, the path defined here is the location where self bill invoices pull the image file from. However, the image file name itself must be defined in the following location:
From the Toolbar, click System Admin, Printer Setup
Click Stationary Addresses
In the Logo Filename field, enter the image filename. For example, if the image name is TopazLogo.jpg and it is in the location defined within the Ini file, you would enter only TopazLogo.jpg as the system pulls the path from the Ini file.
Note: It is strongly advised you do not change the Ini file location and instead move your logo image into that location as the TopazImage file path is used system wide, not just for self bill invoices.
