If the invoice documents from Tempest are not showing:
Click System Admin then click Scheduler.
Click Task Scheduler.
Locate the Tempest Late Documents task.
Right click and select Execute.
If the above doesn't resolve the issue but you have the path location for the invoice document:
Click Sales Ledger then click Customers.
Locate the Account required then click Trans Documents.
Locate the invoice then right click and select Modify.
Enter the details in the Description and Type.
In the Filename right click and select Document Archive Options.
Then select Attach External Document.
Enter the relevant Document Type then Next.
Enter the File Location then Next.
Complete any additional fields required.
Then Next and Apply to save the changes.
