Before setting the paths up you need to ensure that Paths 1, 19, 21-24 are defined in the Company tab. The path must also be accessible to all users emailing from the applications.
Please follow the below dimensions for the logos.
Aim for a minimum of 1950 by 500 pixels for the header logo and 1950x350 pixels for the footer
These ratios should be adhered to, but more pixels will potentially give a better image.
Path 120 is for the logo, which appears at the top of the documents. Path 121 is the logo for the bottom of the documents.
Go to the System Admin Toolbar.
Select Setup and then Path Names.
Select the relevant path.
Select the Company tab.
RMB and select the Create record option.
Enter the Company but this will default to the currently selected company.
The pathname, this generally defaults in the system but it is best to check. Standard will be the Financials > Images > Logo Folder.
Add the file name to the path e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Safe Financials\Financials\Images\Logos\logo1.
Click Apply to confirm.
