Post a Manual Transaction onto your Cashbook

To post a manual transaction:

  1. Select Cash Manager from the Toolbar

  2. Then select Bank or Credit Card depending on where you wish to post the transaction

  3. Then select the relevant Cash Manager account

  4. On the Main tab, right click and select Manual Transaction

  5. Enter the transaction type and other relevant details. Use the Tab key to scroll through the steps required

  6. The first line is what is posted to the Cash Manager Account and its associated Nominal account, the next line entered should be raised to balance that

  7. Once there is nothing left to balance, right click on the window and select to Post

  8. Confirm the posting
