If a Cash Manager transaction is raised but somehow processes without any of the relevant Nominal transaction detail it is best to raise a manual journal for the Nominal amounts.
Since you are using a Cash Manager account, one of the Nominal accounts will be Protected, to post the Journal the account will need to be unprotected.
