This error occurs when trying to update the payment run and you experience a crash of some kind.
When you went back into the system after the crash, you noticed the payment run wasn't flagged as Updated at which point you attempted to update the run and experienced this error message: Error code: 100, Update Aborted by rollback. Can't find allocation header.
Please check the ledger for transactions that were in the payment run, it's sometimes the case that the run may be flagged as not updated however, all of the transactions within the run have. In this case, we need to flag the payment run as updated.
However, it can also be the case that the payment run has not updated at all and this error still appears, in which case we will need to recreate the lost Allocation Header to allow you to Update the Payment run again.
