If you are presented with this error when trying to perform a Cash Manager year or period end, it suggests there is an entry for the period that you are trying to close in the Pending tab of a Cash Manager account.

However, this error can occur when the Pending tabs for all Cash Manager accounts are empty. The entries exist in the same table as those in the pending tab but for some reason have not been assigned to a Cash Manager in the table and so are not visible anywhere in the system.

To resolve this issue Support will need to run some scripts on the database. Therefore please contact us, reference the title of this article and please include details of any transactions you are aware of that might be causing the error.
