If you have completed a transit and the stock has successfully registered on the system but the transit has not completed, it may have missed the process or run into a locked row when it was supposed to complete.

If this is the case, the transit can quickly be completed by the Support team. Before raising a case please ensure the Stock has been booked in and updated as completing the transit status will not update stock. Then please contact us, reference the title of this article and please include details of the transit affected.
