If you are experiencing issues with sending emails out of Safe Financials, it is worth checking the Local Emailer to see what the system thinks is going on.
To open the Local Emailer, navigate back to the Toolbar and from here press CTRL+SHIFT+E on your keyboard.

The Email Queue or Local Emailer should open up, you may notice in the bottom left corner of the box a line written in Red which states 'WARNING - Service has not run since...' followed by the time and date the Service was last checked as Active.

To resolve this, you may need to get in touch with your IT team who have access to the server where the email service is installed. Once on the server they need to open the Windows Services, find the Financials Email Service and Start the service. If it is already running try first stopping the service, then starting it again.
