If emails are not being sent from the system and you see the error 'Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream', you are likely using an Office 365 mail server that has been updated to require TLS 1.2. Safe Financials does not currently support TLS 1.2, so you will need to disable this requirement on your mail server. Development work is underway to make Safe Financials compatible with TLS 1.2.
