Set up User Authorisation Limits

To set the Limits for what a User can Authorise see the below steps.

To open the Limits screen:

  1. From the Toolbar.

  2. Go to System Admin.

  3. Click to open User Setup.

  4. Highlight the required User.

  5. Click Company.

  6. Followed by Properties.

  7. Go to the Access tab.

  8. Click on Limits sub tab.


To change the limits:

  1. Follow previous steps

  2. Enter the required amounts for the various Limits.

  3. Click Apply to save changes


The Limits will now apply for that User, these do only affect the individual User they were set up on. It is possible to have different Limits for each User.
