Delete a customer, supplier or trading partner account

As long as no transactions have been posted to the account you will be able to delete using the following steps:

  1. Click the relevant ledger (**Sales Ledger**, **Purchase Ledger** or **Nominal Ledger**), then click the relevant option (**Customers**, **Suppliers** or **Trading Partners**).

  2. Locate the account, then click the relevant tab (**Customer**, **Supplier** or **Trading Partner**).

  3. Right-click and select **Modify Record**.

  4. Right Click and select Delete Record.

  5. Select Yes to confirm deletion.

  6. Go to the **Details** tab for the customer or supplier.

  7. Right-click and select **Modify Record**.

  8. Right Click and select Delete Record.

  9. Select Yes to confirm deletion.
