If you are experiencing an issue where all new Folios are being written with asterisk rather than numbers you have reached the Folio length defined in the SQL table.
This will need to be corrected by Support making a data change to extend the SQL length of the sequencing which creates Folios. Therefore please contact us and reference the title of this article.
However, if you have many Folios which have been created with asterisk instead of numbers you will need to have those changed. Folios created with asterisk should not exist on the system.
