Unable to print LIMS Certificate

When trying to print a LIMS certificate if no document is produced or added to the Documents tab, then it is most likely an issue with the customer's routing setup.

For example, if you have a LIMS certificate tied to a Sales Order which is intended to be delivered to Address 1 of the Customer, if the Customer's routing tab has a Certificate line, it must be Address 1 or All.
If there is no line for Certificate specified you will need to add this.
