If you wish to view a list of other logged in users, perhaps to monitor usage of licenses you can obtain this information using the following steps
Select System Admin, User Setup
Right click on the empty space and select Who is Logged In?
From here you can also see that user's activity logs by using the following steps:
Right click on the user you want to look at
Select Session Activity
