Application does not open

If you are unable to launch the Safe Financials application or you are not receiving any error message when the system closes itself before the login screen you are likely experiencing an issue with the FinancialsLauncher.exe.config file.

This can be caused by server updates or issues with the distribution of the file via a terminal server or Citrix. We advise you contact your IT team to see if any changes have been made to the servers or Citrix environment since it last worked.

If your IT are not able to resolve the issue, please contact us and reference the title of this article as we may be able to change the config file to reflect the new server or settings.
