Sometimes in Safe Financials you may load an area of the program which appears blank, as if all data had somehow disappeared from the system.
Sometimes you may be able to select a row but not see what in corresponds to unless you drill into it.
To resolve issues such as these, in the window, right-click and select Reset Forms.
Reset Forms is not available from every window, in this chosen example you cannot reset forms from within the Allocations window, you need to do it in the header window, which in this case is cropped off but would be the Customers.
