Upgrading versions

If you wish for or require an upgrade there are two main methods, both of which can be facilitated through support.

The first is as an upgrade completed by one of our consultants, this is a paid for service and so support will raise a sales opportunity ticket and close the support case, shortly after the raising of the sales opportunity a member of the sales team will be in touch to discuss costs and the work that needs to be done.

The second is an upgraded completed by yourselves using our Upgrade Utility, this is only available to Safe Financials versions 5.2 and later. If required, feel free to request both the utility and the required upgrade files from support (this may require approval from your Account Manager)
