If you are unable to access the Remove Pallet option despite having the permissions to do so typically, it is likely related to the status of the Pallet being set as Picked For.

If you believe this status is incorrectly set and you require the pallet to be removed anyway please contact us, reference the title of this article, please provide a screenshot of the Remove Pallet option and the Pallet ID in question.

If required, we are able to change the status of the pallet to allow its removal, please note that if the pallet was set to Picked for and the stocks were not updated when you remove it, you would need to enter the relevant stock adjustments as removing pallets removes the stock associated with them.
