To amend the write off tolerance:
Safe Financials Toolbar
Click System Admin then click Set up.
Click Company Details then find the relevant company.
Click the Nominal Main tab then click the Other Sub tab.
Make sure you have Write Off Control Account set.
If not, right click and select Modify Record.
Make the relevant changes then click Save.
Right click then select Modify Record.
Enter a value for Write Off Tolerance.
Click Save.
