No transactions or values show on the VAT Return

Processing a Full Rebuild on the VAT Return should correct this for you.

To do this:

  1. On the Safe Financials Toolbar, click VAT Return.

  2. Find the Return Number.

  3. On the Header Tab, right-click and select Full Rebuild.

  4. On the confirm prompt, select Yes.

If after you've completed the above action, the values are still at zero and the transactions not showing, please contact us and reference the title of this article including details of the Company, and VAT Return Number and provide a screenshot if possible.
