The reason for this is the preferences set on the printer are incorrect.The Preferences need to Default the page layout to A4 for the reports to print correctly.
You will only be able to correct this if you have the required Windows Permissions, if not then somebody with these permissions will be required.
To check this and correct, if necessary, follow the below steps:
Go to the Start menu.
In the windows search type printers.
Open Devices & Printers.
Right click on the required Printer.
Select Printing Preferences.
Browse to Printing Shortcuts/Page Setup.
Change the Paper/Page/Output size to A4.
Click Apply and then Ok.
Re-run the report now and the column will not be cut off, if it still is then it may be that steps 4-8 need to be repeated on another printer.
