Wheat Contracts report showing Completed Contract as LIVE

If you are having issues with a Purchase Contract marked as completed that is still appearing a Live on the Purchase Contract or Wheat contract report it might be that the underlying flag was not updated when the status was changed on the Contract.

For a quick fix, please reopen the contract then set it to completed once again, this should refresh the task to update that underlying flag which is what the report looks at.

If this does not resolve the issue, we may need to apply a data change to update this flag in the tables if so, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
