You may have an issue where you Aged Debt report is incorrectly picking up transactions which is offsetting your balance, this could be caused by the Aged Debt report you're using being incorrect.
There is a legacy report called the Aged Debt Report (when you hover over it you will see the Function Reference RSL001A) this report does not pull out accurate data and should not be used.
We advise using either Aged Debt (Detailed) (Function Reference RSL033) or the newest Detailed Aged Debt (Function Reference RSL035) please check the same date / period with one of these reports and compare that to the Control Account Value.
