This error is typically inconsistent and hard to replicate, but when it happens the system will crash altogether. Only versions of Safe Financials beyond 5.7.3 have the ability to select 'Continue' this will prevent the application from closing and will bypass the error for you.
Unfortunately, due to the difficulty in replicating this error, specifically in development environments there is no version of Safe Financials currently that has a fix which prevents this error.
Please consider upgrading to either version 5.7.3 or later.
