If you notice an imbalance between the data in the Safe Financials system and the data extracted to the Cube via the Rebate Processing Data function then you may need to retransmit the data.
Unfortunately, due to how this function was built, once transmitted you are unable to change to change the status of this process without progressing the week and extracting another weeks data.
This status can, however, be changed by support via a data change and the data retransmitted if required. Please ensure that the cube data is cleared down first as the retransmit will transmit any missing week data and the week data that already came across, thus duplicating some entries.
