Requires Consultancy

The following situations require Consultancy involvement.

This list is not exhaustive, but covers the most common examples:

• Assistance required following an upgrade

(e.g., post upgrade checks, validation, configuration review)

• Errors occurring in specific areas of the application after an upgrade

(e.g., functionality no longer behaving as expected, new issues introduced)

• Training requests

(any structured training session delivered by Consultancy)

• Requests to review or walk through areas of the software that fall outside Support’s remit (e.g., best practice reviews, configuration design, process walkthroughs)

• XLCubes training or guidance

(including setup, design, optimisation, or analysis support)

• Assistance with upgrades

(planning, performing, or supporting an upgrade that is outside standard Support scope)
