When processing Credit Safe Check I am receiving the Error - reading settings. The ConnectionString property has not been initialized.

If you're getting this error, your IT Team need to follow the steps below:

  1. In the Financials.exe.config file in the Binaries Folder check that it references your Database.

  2. If not, look at an old Binary Version.

  3. Copy from that location and paste into the new Binary Folder.

  4. If you have multiple RDS Servers, you will need to repeat steps 1 to 3 across all servers.
