Cannot Save Files to Client Drive Windows cannot access \\Client\

If you are unable to save files from your Citrix environment to a local drive, referred to as \\Client\X, where X would be the drive name on your local machine, then your IT team will need to review the access permissions to that drive and add the ability for your Citrix account to save to that location.

Errors saving to \\Client\ drives are not supported by Access IT Services or Support.
