System won't print a Customer Statement, either via the WIN2PDF printer, or a normal printer.

If when trying to print a statement for a customer, and when you press print, all that happens is the outline of a box flashes up then it could be down to the incorrect currency.

In this case the following will show how to check, and what to do to resolve this:

  1. Check the Currency the account is set to and make a note of it

  2. Once you are on the Customer Statement screen check that Statement Currency is the same as the account currency

  3. If it is not, manually change it to match the Account Currency

  4. Click Print and this should now print as expected
